Product Manager - Flagstone International - Remote

Overview

Flagstone International is looking for a Product Manager to become our first dedicated product hire — a foundational role with scope to shape the future of our product function. You’ll start by managing delivery across 1-2 small, cross-functional squads (3–4 engineers each), while working closely with the Director of Product Engineering, the COO, the CEO and senior leadership to define the way we work, the tools we use, and the roadmap we follow.

Requirements

• Experience running product delivery for multiple agile squads.
• A strong grasp of lean product principles and modern agile practices.
• Proven ability to manage and communicate product roadmaps.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with product analytics tools.
• A bias toward action and accountability.
• Comfortable in a complex environment.
