In Short

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for customer experience and sales teams.
  • Conduct interactive workshops and on-the-job coaching.
  • Develop onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Ensure training programs align with FCA Consumer Duty regulations.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training roles within customer service, sales, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience designing and delivering blended learning programs.
  • Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly regulations.
