Overview

The Customer Experience Sales Associate will represent the Ollie brand voice, ensuring a memorable customer experience and building long-term relationships with dog owners.

In Short

  • Join a passionate team focused on improving the lives of pets and their owners.
  • Take inbound calls, emails, and SMS from prospective customers.
  • Influence customers to purchase Ollie subscriptions.
  • Manage customer relationships across multiple channels.
  • Track and monitor customer feedback and interactions.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Drive initiatives for a world-class customer experience.
  • Develop projects to improve the Ollie experience.

Requirements

  • Passion for pets and empathy towards dogs.
  • Sales skills and ability to handle rejection.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to improvise and tackle challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience with pets or health foods preferred.
  • Familiarity with Gladly or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in a fast-moving, pet-friendly environment.
