Overview

As a Learning & Performance Partner, you will play a key role in developing and executing Flagstone’s Learning & Performance strategy, ensuring individuals and teams have the tools to continuously learn, grow, and excel in a fast-paced fintech environment.

• Proven expertise in learning design, career development, and performance management.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to execute learning strategies end-to-end.
• Experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
• Tenacity to persevere through challenges.
