Overview

The ESG Performance Lead will manage the monthly tracking of extra-financial performance in a rigorous control environment and contribute to resolving risks and barriers in support of project leaders and sustainability directors.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and data management capabilities.
• Technical skills in compliance and best practices for extra-financial performance.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Strong persuasive abilities and solution-oriented mindset.
