Overview

The Performance Specialist Lead will develop rigorous measurement and optimization strategies to maximize campaign performance across a variety of channels and marketing objectives. This role requires deep platform expertise and the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

In Short

• Create best practices to maximize campaign performance across various campaign goals.
• Develop measurement frameworks and consult internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consultative, client-facing work in ad-tech or digital marketing.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Energized by problem-solving under pressure.
• Proven track record of cross-organizational collaboration.
• Insatiable curiosity and passion for continuous improvement.
• Media experience, including programmatic knowledge, is preferred.
