Billing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Billing Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the quality of the billing process for hotel owners and the Accor group, acting as a liaison with Finance teams in the Europe North Africa region.

In Short

• Manage automatic billing groups launch each month
• Monitor validation of fees amounts
• Manage standard payment application in the system based on daily bank statements
• Receive & issue ad-hoc invoicing & credit notes
• Act as main interface with Hotel Owners regarding invoicing process
• Provide agreed reports and contribute to short-term cash forecast
• Work in a multi-national team
• Hybrid way of working (3 days in the office + 2 days at home)

Requirements

• Minimum of 1/2 years post-graduation experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Autonomous with decision-making ability
• Team leadership experience
• Ability to analyze and summarize
• Flexibility in managing projects
• Language: French / English required
• Tools: Oracle, Microsoft Office
