The Global Sourcing Project Lead will support sourcing activities for hospitality-related categories, focusing on cost efficiency, quality, and innovation.

In Short

• Support sourcing activities for L&L categories such as F&B, OS&E, FF&E, and Guest Technology.
• Execute sourcing processes including RFIs and RFQs.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and prepare comparative analyses.
• Maintain sourcing documentation and records.
• Assist with data collection for sourcing budgets.
• Monitor supplier compliance and support contract administration.
• Collaborate with internal teams on sourcing decisions.
• Track KPIs and contribute to reporting activities.
• 5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and procurement tools.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Hospitality industry exposure is a plus.
