The Sourcing Lead is responsible for managing sourcing requests, leading a global sourcing team, and negotiating with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Requirements

• 5+ years progressive sourcing experience.
• 2 years of startup experience.
• Command of Incoterms and US import regulations.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25%.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS/TMS platforms.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin, Vietnamese, Hindi, or Spanish is valued.
