Overview

As a Freelance CX Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering impactful training sessions to enhance customer experience for luxury brands.

In Short

  • Support in designing effective training programs and content.
  • Deliver training sessions in class and online.

  • Coach participants both on floor and online.

Requirements

  • Experience in training and customer experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design training content.
  • Familiarity with coaching methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
