Overview

Sabot Consulting is seeking a qualified Customer Experience Lead to assist in the design and process development of test procedures for a new feedback system. This role focuses on capturing, understanding, and responding to both internal employee and external customer feedback, operationalizing insights and experiments into the program and project.

In Short

  • Design and organize processes and information around the customer.
  • Integrate customer data to create useful insights shared across teams.
  • Direct and control training and help desk functions.
  • Maintain quality assurance and coordinate with analysts and technical teams.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in Business process modeling/mapping and customer experience programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4 years of experience supporting a multi-tier service desk.
  • 4 years of experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
