Overview

The Customer Experience Analyst is a critical role in GovTech transformation, responsible for developing materials using analytics to provide data-driven insights for Government Experience Cloud customers.

In Short

  • Mine, analyze and synthesize data sources using various tools and techniques.
  • Translate customer reporting and data requirements into customer-facing collateral.
  • Assist in proactively managing business intelligence and data insights for clients.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Salesforce, PowerBI, and Quicksight.
  • Compile customer-facing presentations including quarterly business reviews.
  • Research relevant client topics and keep current on industry developments.
  • Streamline internal workflows to boost team efficiency.
  • Regularly achieve targets for SLA response time and report creation.
  • Contribute to company objectives by improving processes.
  • Foster internal relationships and thrive in a proactive environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing/sales, market research, or business analytics.
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
  • Proficient in report building from multiple databases.
  • Strong analytical skills to guide process improvement.
  • Ability to develop executive-level presentations.
  • Excellent organization skills and a passion for business systems.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize competing tasks.
  • Commitment to diversity of thought.
  • Ability to excel in a remote environment.
