Consumer Experience Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Consumer Experience Analyst, you’ll work with Red Ventures business leaders and drive the operations of the fastest growing segment within our Broadband vertical. You'll iterate through customer experience (product) optimization, diving deep into visitor behavior and performance, and driving the creation of new features and tools that enhance the customer experience and drive additional revenue.

In Short

• Operate as an owner our Lifecycle team focused on growing the lifetime value of our customers.
• Demonstrate a deep comprehension of consumer journeys.
• Own testing initiatives and product feature development.
• Utilize data to identify areas to optimize and troubleshoot functionality.
• Work directly with designers and software engineers.
• Craft new Email & SMS campaigns based on user data.
• Communicate performance to key stakeholders.
• Communicate timelines, goals, and performance to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing, Digital Operations Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Passionate about understanding customer behavior.
• Willingness to learn email marketing skills.
• Strong level of accountability and communication skills.
• Strong bias towards action.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to apply foundational analytical techniques.
• Demonstrated strong ability to access and manipulate data.
• Proficient in SQL, BigQuery, or DataGrip.
