  • Familiarity with CX metrics like NPS and CSAT.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data privacy regulations.
  • Experience with text analytics.
  • Strong collaborative skills.
