Learning and Development Lead - Remote

Overview

The Talent Development team is responsible for building, sustaining and measuring capacity across the organization by creating a culture of continuous learning. We design and deliver programs to elevate leadership, strengthen individual performance and help teams collaborate effectively. We are looking for a L&D Lead to provide specialist expertise by identifying, designing and facilitating world class learning and development initiatives that build our capabilities and drive growth.

In Short

• Work closely with key stakeholders in developing, designing and facilitating L&D programmes across the business
• Produce learning analytics and reports to provide insights on learning impact and inform decisions for upcoming program improvements
• Manage learning program workstreams, timetables, communications, scheduling, logistics and follow-ups
• Assist in conducting business and learning skills development needs analysis
• Simplify complex learning content into easy to understand and clear learning experiences
• Assist in the maintenance and refinements of Braze LMS
• Adapt delivery methods and content based on the audience and training objectives
• Serve as a representative and advocate of the Talent Development team
• Serve as the key TD liaison between EMEA and APAC regions

Requirements

• 5+ yrs of professional experience
• Experience using and rolling out learning management systems
• Proven experience in instructional design and facilitation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with data visualization methods
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Portfolio of work ideal but not required
