Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in learning and development.
• Expertise in learning strategy and execution.
• Strong background in learning design and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience in leadership development and learning technology.
• Strong people management skills in a remote context.
• Experienced facilitator with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with analytics to inform strategy.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
