Overview

As a Technical Recruiter supporting our Engineering organization, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles that directly influence Dropbox’s product innovation, infrastructure, and long-term technical strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles.
• Proven track record of building high-quality engineering talent pipelines.
• Ability to manage multiple complex technical requisitions independently.
• Strong understanding of technical interview processes and inclusive hiring.
• Experience leveraging data and AI tools in recruiting.
