Technical Recruiter - Remote

Overview

Our start-up client is looking for a mid-level Tech recruiter. This position is fully remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time.

In Short

• Source and attract top technical talent using various channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience is ideal.
• Sourcing-only experience is acceptable.
• Must have experience hiring or sourcing engineers.
• Strong cognitive ability and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple reqs and partnering with stakeholders.
