Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating and nurturing high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs). In this role, you will identify and engage prospective and existing customers, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team. In Short

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients across designated industries and organizations
  • Engage prospects through multiple channels, including phone, email, and social platforms
  • Conduct initial outreach and assess prospects based on defined qualification criteria
  • Understand customer challenges and determine alignment with cybersecurity solutions
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems for leads and opportunities
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for sales representatives
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets for outreach and meetings
  • Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, solutions, and market developments
  • Participate in ongoing training to strengthen sales skills and performance

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Understanding of prospecting, qualification, and meeting-setting within a sales cycle
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
