The Field Service Engineer 3 is a technical expert responsible for resolving advanced service repair needs of designated equipment and driving customer satisfaction through service excellence.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on assigned equipment.
• Lead and assist less experienced Field Engineers.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent military education.
• 4+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment.
• Experience with customer service processes.
• Proficiency in Web applications and Microsoft Office.
• Compliance with background checks and customer access policies.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
