The Field Service Engineer II at ZEISS plays a crucial role in providing support for Surgical Microscope equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through installations, repairs, and maintenance in a designated service territory.

In Short

• Install, repair, and maintain Surgical Microscope equipment.
• Work with minimal supervision in a field service role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in Electronics, Fine Mechanics, or Optics.
• 7+ years in order management or inventory management.
• BS in Electronics, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A+ and Net+ certifications preferred.
• Proficient with SAP and CRM systems.
• Ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Self-directed with strong computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and time management.
