Overview

The Senior Posterior Consumable Specialist is responsible for protecting the installed base of equipment and consumables while generating new business consumable/liquids sales. This role requires strong account management and sales experience.

• Maintain compliance with GMP and ISO 9001 processes.
• Achieve yearly revenue and profit quotas.
• Conduct personalized sales demonstrations to medical staff.
• Manage territory records and sales pipeline.
• Educate staff on product usage and applications.
• Provide regular updates to management on sales activities.
• Control sales, expenses, and inventory for the business.
• Utilize SFDC for sales reporting.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• Five or more years of sales experience.
• High level of technical/clinical product knowledge.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Valid motor vehicle license required.
