Overview

Arvinas is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director, Translational Sciences – Neuroscience to drive the translational, clinical biomarker development and clinical imaging strategies to support our neuroscience portfolio.

In Short

• Develop and implement translational, clinical biomarker development and clinical imaging strategies in clinical trials.
• Monitor execution and ensure timely fit-for-purpose pharmacodynamic/exploratory biomarker assay development.
• Lead due diligence efforts on new biomarker technologies.
• Manage and coach the direct report to support Arvinas neuroscience clinical programs.
• Lead clinical biomarker subteams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Lead clinical imaging strategy and execution, including PET, MRI, and other advanced neuroimaging modalities.
• Participate in the planning, writing, and review of biomarker and clinical imaging related sections for clinical documents.
• Influence and collaborate with Discovery teams to align preclinical strategies with clinical needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to support clinical program objectives.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in neuroscience drug development.
• Strong expertise of clinical biomarker development.
• Deep understanding of various biomarker technologies.
• Experience with neuroimaging modalities.
• Demonstrated success in cross-disciplinary drug development project teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work without a need for VISA sponsorship.
• Ability to lift/carry 15/30 pounds unassisted/assisted.
