In Short

  • Influence strategy and prioritization of cross-functional teams to move Interwell towards our goals
  • Own the operational changes on major company initiatives
  • Partner with Healthcare Operations leaders to understand needs, develop solutions, roll out change, and monitor progress
  • Conduct and/or steer qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform your recommendations
  • Develop and propose workflows, metrics, documentation, and high-level system functionality
  • Connect cross-functional colleagues with appropriate SMEs within Healthcare Operations
  • Facilitate and influence decision-making with senior leadership
  • Plan and conduct effective change management of your work
  • Proactively identify and solve for process improvement areas
  • Develop direct report(s) to consistently execute processes to a high standard

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, with a Clinical Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations leadership, project delivery, or process building/improvement
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams
  • Experience designing and/or enhancing tech-enabled workflows in healthcare settings
  • Ability to learn and problem solve quickly
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, diligence, and process-orientation
  • Proactive with an ownership mentality
