In Short

  • Oversees and coordinates the work of the Acumen Reporting & Analytics team.
  • Manage report request prioritization, triage, validation and fulfillment.
  • Implement best practices and governance strategies to optimize performance.
  • Work with IWH Analytics and Acumen Product leadership to define and execute the Acumen Reporting & Analytics roadmap.
  • Collaborates with other application delivery product managers.
  • Partners closely with implementation teams for reporting & analytics support.
  • Sets overall Epic Analytics & Reporting build, security, and data segregation strategies.
  • Coordinates with training team for effective end-user training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Epic Reporting environments.
  • Experience with developing in data warehouses, creating data models, and writing SQL queries.
  • Epic certifications in Cogito Fundamentals, Cogito Project Manager, and others preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and maximize team performance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with navigating complexity and ambiguity.
  • Strategic approach to data flow mastery.
  • Demonstrated project management knowledge and skills.
  • Understanding of clinical and financial data models and workflows.
