In Short

• Conduct discovery on operational improvement opportunities, scope solutions and seek feedback from SMEs, and develop rollout plans
• Conduct rollout of operational change from your projects, and monitor/respond to the results.
• Be part of cross-functional scrum teams and/or working groups, being our ‘process engineer’ and an operational change management champion
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback on your work and analyzing your impact
• Become a trusted collaborator of the Healthcare Operations teams impacted by your projects
• Represent the needs of Healthcare Operations in cross-functional settings
• Support the Healthcare Operations leadership team by leading projects or workstreams as needed
• Partner with our Data teams to design metrics and analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and departments
• Experience developing and managing operational initiatives
• Project management and delivery experience
• Healthcare experience or education
• Using analytical tools, such as Amplitude, PowerBI, Tableau
• Value-based care or care management industry experience or education
• Change management / continuous improvement methodology experience or education
• Startup, Operations, Product or management consulting experience
