As a Program Manager, Operational Excellence at Engine, you’ll be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in Operational Excellence or process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred).
• Strong data management skills with proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Excel.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end projects.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and team motivation skills.
