The Manager of Operations Excellence at Recuro Health will support key strategic initiatives and operational aspects of major client deployments in a hybrid/remote setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years of advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• 2+ years in healthcare operations.
• 2+ years in management consulting or business strategy roles.
• Advanced skills with data visualization tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client and vendor relationships.
• Flexible and self-driven attitude.
• Experience with sales cycle milestones.
