Overview

The Virtual Primary Care (VPC) Engagement Specialist at Recuro is responsible for enhancing the healthcare experience for members by providing support and coordination in a virtual health environment.

In Short

• Engage with members and providers to support care coordination.
• Prepare and report on quality metrics for VPC services.
• Serve as the point of contact for VPC referrals.
• Assist with reporting of patient results and care coordination.
• Monitor and troubleshoot VPC consults and scheduling.
• Address system-related issues from VPC providers.
• Provide on-call support as needed.
• Comply with federal and state regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Support the Member Services Team with patient phone calls.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Advisor on clinical applications.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in the healthcare field, preferably as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience in care coordination and virtual health services.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
• Knowledge of basic healthcare terminology.
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
