Overview

The Behavioral Health (BH) Engagement Specialist is an opportunity to use customer experience and management of growth opportunities to improve healthcare for people across the nation.

In Short

• Engage with members and Recuro providers to support coordination of care.
• Prepare and report on quality metrics related to BH services.
• Serve as the point of contact for BH referrals.
• Monitor and troubleshoot all BH consults.
• Address Recuro system-related issues from BH providers.
• Provide on-call support as needed.
• Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide backup support to the Member Services Team.
• Support reporting of clinical outcomes and metrics.

Requirements

• High School or GED.
• 1+ years in healthcare field.
• Experience in care coordination.
• 1+ years in customer service roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of basic healthcare terminology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
