• Act as a strategic thought partner and leader to GTM leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
• Deep understanding of GTM economics.
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives.
• Strategic, proactive, and resourceful mindset.
• Experience with planning systems like Adaptive or Anaplan is a plus.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders with data-backed recommendations.
• Willingness to take on direct management responsibilities.
