• Lead strategic and financial planning processes for the Custody business and new product lines.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for resource investment and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for the cryptocurrency industry.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree (bonus).
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry (bonus).
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (bonus).
• Experience with Netsuite, Pigment, and Salesforce (bonus).
