The Strategic Finance team is focused on solving some of Figma’s most pressing business issues, owning the company's budget, driving annual and quarterly planning processes, and partnering with teams across the company.

In Short

• Develop cross-functional partnerships with Leadership across the company.
• Drive culture of performance management with real-time dashboards and KPIs.
• Build annual operating plans and financial forecasts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for the Executive Team.
• Perform financial analyses and highlight trends and opportunities.
• Work on investment opportunities and growth levers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
• Manage ambiguity and approach problems in a structured manner.
• Provide insights into emerging trends.
• Support the company's resource allocation and deployment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or Strategic Finance.
• Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks.
• Experience in financial planning and modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS business is a plus.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
