GM, Strategic Finance - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic finance leader to drive the financial growth and operational efficiency of our organization. This role focuses on aligning financial strategy with company goals while optimizing processes and resources in a dynamic startup environment. As a key leader, you will oversee RCM, financial planning, cash flow management, and operational improvements across the organization.

In Short

• Partner with CEO and SVP on financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Define and execute long-term financial strategies.
• Analyze cost structures and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Provide insights on revenue trends and financial performance.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate growth opportunities.
• Develop strategies to optimize workflows and improve collection rates.
• Design advanced reporting tools for performance tracking.
• Partner with product and engineering teams for operational enhancements.
• Monitor payer contracts and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead a high-performing team of finance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in strategic financial leadership roles.
• Proven track record in building P&Ls and optimizing financial processes.
• Experience in a startup/high-growth environment.
• Experience with hiring and scaling teams.
• Player/coach mentality with leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to HQ as needed.
