In Short

• Own the engine that powers growth through funnel conversion, GTM alignment, and revenue accountability.
• Diagnose funnel gaps and design fixes that lift conversion across stages.
• Drive AOV improvement through pricing experiments and optimized member flows.
• Integrate AI into revenue processes to improve efficiency and speed.
• Build and optimize systems across CRM and reporting.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, informing revenue strategy with data.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Enrollment, and Revenue Cycle Management.
• 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields.
• Track record of driving measurable revenue improvement.
• Startup experience is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Ops, or BizOps.
• Strong analytical skills with tools like SQL and BI tools.
• Ability to build systems and optimize workflows.
• Comfort in ambiguity and bias for action.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus.
