• Work directly with the CEO and executive team as Chief of Staff.
• Manage the company operating system, including OKRs and cross-functional check-ins.
• Track and report on key metrics, ensuring accountability.

• Act as a force multiplier to the CEO.
• Help unblock execution by meeting regularly with department heads.

Requirements

• Recent MBA graduate with 3–6 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong business judgment and prioritization skills.
• Experience with OKRs, dashboards, and cross-functional projects.
• Proactive attitude and bias for action.
• Bonus: Understanding of the healthcare/healthtech space.
