We’re creating a new kind of provider – bundling peer support, coaching, education, and medical supplies into a seamless, end-to-end care model. We help members discover, qualify for, and receive the best products for managing their chronic conditions at home.

Requirements

• 6+ years in business operations, consulting, strategy, or startup execution roles.
• Ability to bring structure in ambiguity.
• Strong analytical toolkit (Excel, Sheets, SQL, BI Tools).
• Experience running operational workstreams.
• Ability to influence across teams.
• Comfort operating with limited structure.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Startup experience is a plus.
