Overview

The Business Operations Lead is responsible for strengthening the operational discipline, efficiency, and overall health of the organization, ensuring all teams across the business can operate effectively and sustainably.

• Project manage high-priority cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or similar roles.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with recruiting and HR platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare services or digital health companies.
