Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Deep expertise in Node.js, React, and React Native.
• Proven track record of architecting large-scale systems.
• Experience setting technical direction for teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with design reviews and establishing engineering processes.
• Understanding of technical debt, feature velocity, and system quality.
• Skilled at facilitating technical discussions.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
