Director of Engineering - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Director of Engineering who will lead, elevate, and advance our engineering function during a period of major product expansion and platform transformation.

In Short

• Directly manage a team of full-stack engineers and offshore contractors.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams.
• Experience managing hybrid teams.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong experience in technical planning and system design.
• Experience with healthcare or telehealth is a plus.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred.
