Business Operations Lead - Remote

Overview

The Business Operations Lead will play a key role in driving seamless operations of ReturnBear as we grow. You will collaborate with the CEO and work cross-functionally with operations, product, engineering, design, and other functions in carrying out ReturnBear’s mission.

• Prepare investment cases and presentation materials for the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Manage internal and external accounting and finance teams.
• Reimagine and assess reverse logistics operations.
• Analyze costs and benefits of partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute operational elements of the reverse logistics solution.
• Lead and manage relationships with investors, partners, and customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, finance, business, or operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally in B2B SaaS, retail/CPG technology, or logistics technology.
• Building and refining financial and operational models.
• Experience managing day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
• Thrive in ambiguous environments with limited data.
• Experience working with C-suite and Board Members.
• Bonus if you have experience in SQL, Retool, HubSpot, and other analytics tools.
