Overview

As Business Operations Lead, you will shape the future of how Joko operates, working toward high automation levels, seamless team collaboration, and robust internal tooling.

In Short

• Manage and develop a team of Product/Project managers and Software Engineers.
• Attract and hire new talents for the BizOps team.
• Oversee BizOps ceremonies from quarterly OKRs to bi-weekly sprints.
• Guide Software Engineers in developing the internal tooling stack.
• Mentor Product/Project Managers on SaaS implementation and process transformation.
• Participate in building Joko culture and serve as the primary POC for BizOps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product, Operations, or Software Engineering.
• Experience managing a team.
• Comfortable in a technical environment with a product mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Autonomous and capable of managing complex projects.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
