Strategic Finance Lead - Remote

Overview

The Strategic Finance Lead will be a foundational member of the Strategic Finance team, working closely with the CFO and the rest of the Finance org. This is a high-impact role with a core charter of generating data-driven insights to inform financial, strategic and operational decision-making across the company.

In Short

• Own and improve our company operating model, which is the engine behind our growth, efficiency, and investment decisions.

Requirements

• You have 3-5 years of experience in a combination of investment banking, strategic finance, FP&A, or private equity / venture capital.
• You take pride in your analytical and financial models. You like to design tools that help make better decisions and you enjoy having ownership over those tools.
• You love to be a student of your industry. You seek out opportunities to learn how the work we do across the business translates into financial performance across the three statements.
• You’re an expert communicator. You’re comfortable simplifying complex topics, keeping team members up-to-date on evolving workstreams, and being the connective tissue across a broad audience.
