• Join the ARI team within Supply to maintain inventory and ensure competitive pricing.
• Own intake on the ARI support board and ensure tasks are triaged and assigned within SLAs.
• Complete assigned tasks within SLA while maintaining communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain dashboards tracking performance across ARI intake requests.
• Create and maintain documentation for ARI SOPs and workflows.
• Collaborate with partners and sales teams to support supply operations.
• Execute ad-hoc ticketing requests and provide data analysis.
• Focus on operational efficiency and process improvements.
• Report on ARI KPIs and ensure quality of analysis.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis or data analytics.
• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems or Online Travel Agencies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, and Looker.
• Strong analytics and data management skills.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Postman preferred.
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.
