In Short

• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards that tell the story behind our supply metrics
• Analyze supply data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Develop and monitor KPIs for supply partner performance, acquisition, and retention
• Deliver regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis to help leadership make informed decisions
• Work closely with the Supply team to understand business questions and translate them into analytical frameworks
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize partner onboarding, engagement, and performance
• Develop models to support Supply’s operational and fiscal goals
• Create clear documentation of metrics definitions and calculation methodologies
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot data pipeline issues
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure data systems meet evolving needs
• Document data flows and models to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
• Strong SQL skills and experience of BI tools, esp Looker
• Knowledge of modern data stack technologies (Snowflake, Airflow, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Preferred: Basic understanding of ETL processes and experience building simple data pipelines; knowledge of Python or another programming language for data manipulation
