Senior Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Operations Analyst at Tide, you will enhance sales operations and drive efficiency through analytics and process improvements.

In Short

• Build reporting suites in Looker and deliver analyses for Sales.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate complex cases.
• Handle level 3 escalations and ensure process efficiency.
• Work with Sales Management to identify and implement solutions.
• Maintain and develop workforce management tools.
• Partner with Sales and Operations teams for continuous improvement.
• Engage with internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Deliver presentations on performance and key KPIs.
• Support data-driven decision-making.
• Foster collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operational or data analytics role.
• Strong understanding of outbound tele-sales metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Solution-driven mindset.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Resilience and determination.
• Background in technology-driven environments is a plus.
• Analytical and data visualization skills.
