Pleo is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join our Strategy and Commercial Effectiveness team to help improve spend management for finance teams and employees.

In Short

• Join a multi-functional team focused on enhancing efficiency in Pleo’s GTM.
• Work on workflow and process management within HubSpot.
• Develop visualizations and dashboards for data presentation.
• Conduct detailed analysis of Sales data to derive insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operations role required.
• Strong expertise in HubSpot and CRM tools is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel or Gsheet is necessary.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills are needed.
• Work in a hybrid arrangement in Chennai, CET timezone.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operations role.
• Strong expertise in HubSpot or other CRMs.
• Proven ability to improve sales efficiency through process optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel or Gsheet, including data visualization techniques.
• Excellent organizational and execution skills.
