  • Manage ticket queues using Jira and Service Now.
  • Provide support for the EFT system and manage new route implementations.
  • Utilize AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct training for new hires and supervise team tasks.
  • Generate reports using SQL and perform database queries.
  • Attend meetings with external stakeholders and provide guidance.
  • Perform error reporting and gap analysis for system improvements.
  • Requires the ability to work night shifts as needed.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with SQL and database management.
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS services including CloudWatch and S3.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux systems.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and issue tracking.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings with clients.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Exposure to SDLC is preferred.
