Overview

Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operational Support Analyst II for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

In Short

  • Handle inbound tickets from the call center.
  • Review system issues to determine user error or defects.
  • Communicate with the call center regarding ticket status.
  • Engage in user acceptance testing for new enhancements.
  • Validate new enhancements before production release.
  • Assist with clean-ups related to resolved defects.
  • Learn to make policy and billing changes.
  • Prioritize defects and partner with IT teams for solutions.
  • Occasionally communicate with agents for additional information.
  • Work closely with customer service advocates.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in operational support or customer service.
