Overview

The Investment Operations team is responsible for managing the commercial aspects of deals, including commercial admin tasks, handling payouts, and documenting processes.

• Manage commercial admin tasks, including contract administration and supplier onboarding

• Validate wire transfer payouts and approve them
• Document all processes and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills required
• Excellent documentation and organization skills needed
• Comfortable with reading contracts
• Ability to leverage Excel
• Previous deal desk experience is a plus

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of commercial admin tasks
• Proficiency in SQL is helpful
